You begin with an optional pre-program assessment to identify mobility, strength, breathing, and stress patterns. From there, you receive a fully individualized yoga plan aligned with your goals (for example reducing pain, improving performance, or increasing energy).
An optional post-program assessment tracks your progress, and session recordings are available so you can practice anytime.
